Her debut scent rang in over $3 million in record-breaking sales during its first month alone at Macy’s–and now Beyoncé is upping the ‘Heat’ index again with a new flanker to the fragrance. The singer has just announced plans to unleash Heat Ultimate Elixir, a limited-edition update on the scent that will sell for $59 for a 50 ml bottle and will hit counters just as temperatures begin to cool in September. Meant to be a twist on the original scent, Ultimate Elixir promises to be a more concentrated formula that blends red vanilla orchid, osmanthus petals, cedarwood amber, vanilla and tonka bean. And in keeping with the scent’s sexy theme, the new scarlet jus will be contained in the star’s signature bottle, updated with a boudoir-ready black atomizer.

John Legend is on the hunt for more acts to collaborate with - and has his sights set on Beyonce and Amy Winehouse. The Ordinary People crooner is a fan of teaming up with fellow artists on his records, boasting duets with Kanye West, Fergie, Estelle and King of Pop Michael Jackson shortly before his death last year. Legend is eager to hit the studio with troubled singer Winehouse - who hasn't released an album in four years - as well as R&B superstar Beyonce - but admits the collaborations only work if both parties are on the same wavelength. He tells the Huffington Post, "Usually I'm a fan of their work on some level and I think we could make something great together, and it's usually just a phone call away and a little bit of scheduling and we usually make it happen. "As long as everyone comes into it with the right attitude, you know, a little bit of humility and a bit of that collaborative spirit, then you usually make something good out of it. "I have a few people that I'd love to write for or write with, like Amy Winehouse would be fun. Beyonce would be cool too, just to name a few."

Beyoncé has reportedly expressed interest in recording a song for her new album that was written by The Script. The singer is alleged to have heard a song that the Irish band recorded for their second album, when it was passed around their record label Sony. A source told the Daily Star Sunday: "A track that the band wrote for their new album was picked up and circled internally through the record company until eventually it crossed the ears of Beyoncé. "She is very interested in recording it for her next album. If she does, and it’s halfway as huge as any of her other songs, The Script are in for a bumper pay day."

Beyonce Knowles is still refusing to speak to her dad and manager, Matthew Knowles, after he fathered a love child with a woman 20 years his junior -- and suits at her record label fear the rift could damage her career. The superstar singer was horrified when it was alleged last year that Matthew had an 18-month affair with 38-year-old Alexsandra Wright and DNA tests confirmed he'd fathered her son, Nixon, while still married to Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles. Now, sources tell Page Six that relations between Beyoncé, who is very close to her mom, and her father have reached such a low point that executives at her label, Columbia, are worried. An insider told the New York Post: "Beyoncé was horrified to find out her dad cheated on her mum. She always looked up to him, and she is very close to her mum, so this has hit her really hard. "She is refusing to speak to him, which is making things difficult where it comes to managing her career. Some people at Columbia now think it would be better to move him aside."

Jay-Z’s wife Beyonce Knowles controls his art tastes. In a new interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the hip-hop superstar reveals he wanted to purchase a black and white photo taken by renowned American artist-and-photographer Laurie Simmons of a “a noirishly lit pistol with a pair of women’s legs emerging from the handle”. However, Beyonce was less than impressed with her husband’s choice and told him she didn’t want it in their Tribeca penthouse in New York. Instead, the Halo singer had it replaced with another Simmons piece which depicted a perfume bottle instead of a gun. Jay-Z — who is usually tight-lipped about his marriage to Beyonce — said, “It was more of a masculine style, I guess.”

In a press release, June 6, Yvette Noel-Schure, Senior Vice President of Media at Sony Bmg Music Entertainment, debuted the online rumor about Destiny's Child's reunion. Apparently, a rumor has been spreading, for a long time, about Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were coming back together to do a performance or album. Noel-Schure said the rumors are false. “Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have each moved on to successful solo careers. The members remain close, but will not reunite as a group,” said Noel-Schure. According to the website, SOFTPEDIA, an article was written titled, “Destiny's Child Reunion Set for 2011.” It claims that Perez Hilton, a gossip blogger, said they were coming back together to do an album because the were contractually bound to do so. “They still have another album they owe their label, Columbia Records, on their contract,” said Perez. As of June 6, publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure confirmed that the rumors are false. Their fans were probably hoping to see the three come together on tour somehow, but it is wishful thinking. However, this does not mean that executives will not come together to give Destiny's Child public what they want.

They prefer to keep their romance out of the spotlight, but Beyoncé and Jay-Z let their guard down as they watched the men's final at the French Open today. The power couple put on a display of tender affection as they linked arms and exchanged whispers in the presidential box. They certainly made a stylish pair, with the rapper looking sharp in a crisp white shirt while the singer put her figure on show in a tight olive green dress. The pair cheered on as Spain's Rafael Nadal beat Sweden's Robin Soderling in a three set match. Jay-Z is in the city ahead of a performance at the Palais Omnisports tonight, with Beyoncé tagging along for the trip. He will then fly to the UK for a series of gigs, including a show at Manchester’s MEN Arena on June 7 and the LG Arena in Birmingham on June 9.

Beyone Knowles and Kelly Rowland are still tight after their days together as members of Destiny's Child. Just after Rowland checked into the Empire Hotel Thursday night, Knowles arrived there with her bodyguard, who waited two hours in the lobby while she visited her old bandmate in a suite upstairs. Rowland just released a new dance song, "Commander," with producer David Guetta.
